Chantal Millier Legrand has developed her skills in the Real Estate Department especially in the area of shopping malls, counsel and litigation, alongside investors, developers, and then managers, on new projects as well as in restructuring with high potential for environmental innovation. She works with managers of shopping malls on setting up committees to review reform projects impacting the drafting of leases (fixing of the rents, indexation clauses, changes to the distribution of charges, right of preference in the event of sale, supervision of CDACs (departmental committees for commercial development), etc.).
