The International Department therefore develops a close relationship with its clients in order to address their international challenges related to investments, the implementation of contracts, and even the multi-jurisdictional litigation cases they may face.
Simon Associés draws on the expertise of its external partners in a network of independent business law firms, located on 4 continents, all recognized in their respective countries as well as internationally. These alliances have been established with business firms sharing Simon Associés’ values of thoroughness and innovation as well as its entrepreneurial drive. The firm also has a special alliance in China with Yingke, which has more than 7,000 lawyers, making it one of the biggest law firms in the world. This partnership was built around an innovative alliance that has allowed Simon Associés to work out of the firm’s offices in Beijing. This today is acknowledged as a solidly successful model.
Simon Associés has also developed a close collaboration with various French and foreign institutions, banks and business networks, in order to favor the support of foreign clients on the national territory and to facilitate the set-up of French clients abroad or their international expansion through the creation of dedicated distribution networks.
Created in 2011 by a senior lawyer, the International Department now consists of experienced law professionals. The 3 partners, whose strength lies in their complementary career paths, each have a multidisciplinary approach. Most of the team members are graduates of foreign universities and/or come from renowned firms in France or English-speaking countries.
