SULLO Emilie

Emilie Sullo has been Counsel at Simon Associés since 2023. She has developed a recognized practice in commercial law and intellectual property law, both in advisory matters and litigation, assisting a client base composed of international groups as well as SMEs, mainly in the industrial and services sectors.

She regularly advises clients on the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts and partnerships, and represents them in related disputes. She also assists clients with the valuation, protection and exploitation of their creations and innovations, as well as in the resolution of their disputes.
