RUDA Flavian

Admitted to the Paris and New York Bars, Flavian practices within the firm’s Health, Life Sciences and Environment department alongside Michèle Anahory. He primarily focuses on white-collar criminal law and crisis management, particularly in matters related to the life sciences sector.

Flavian is involved at every stage of criminal proceedings, from preliminary investigations and judicial inquiries to court hearings (including negotiated settlements and plea procedures), before all competent jurisdictions. He is particularly engaged in complex cases involving medical criminal law, environmental criminal law and product liability, representing both individuals and corporate entities in high-stakes matters.

In parallel, he leverages his expertise in pre-litigation and business litigation to advise and represent French and international clients in their day-to-day commercial disputes.

Having worked for four years within an international group prior to qualifying as a lawyer, Flavian has developed strong international experience. He also received advanced training in complex international dispute resolution at Fordham University School of Law in New York.
