Paul MINET has been a lawyer at the PARIS Bar since 2017. He works in the prevention and treatment of business difficulties and also has solid experience in business litigation.He taught for 6 years the law of companies in difficulty as a lecturer at the University PARIS 1 - Panthéon Sorbonne under the direction of Professor François-Xavier LUCAS.He is a regular editor of the specialized journal L’ESSENTIEL DU LAW DES COMPANIES EN DIFFUCULT (LEDEN).He is a member of the Association des Jeunes du Restructuring (AJR)
