DRAI Emmanuel

Emmanuel DRAI has been a lawyer at the Paris Bar since 1993. A specialist in the treatment of Corporate difficulties, industrial and financial reorganisation, he mainly assists companies and their industrial or financial shareholders in amicable settlements, insolvency procedures and refinancing operations.

Known as a " Deal Maker " by his peers and clients, Emmanuel DRAI will mainly be involved in industrial and financial restructuring operations, matching or refinancing operations, both in amicable and legal cases. He joins the "Restructuring" team led by Jean-Charles SIMON, Philippe SAIGNE, Marie ROBINEAU, Sophie NAYROLLES and Kristell QUELENNEC to offer a first-class practice to SMEs/ETIs and Large Caps in Paris and in other regions.
