COGNAULT Sophie

Sophie COGNAULT - Partner, as Managing Attorney of the Toulouse Office, works with both banking institutions and companies in order to assist them in their development but also to advise them in the event of litigation or  organisational and financial difficulties.   Her experience with a major banking group enables her to understand and anticipate the requirements and needs of companies in order to respond to them thanks to the legal expertise she has acquired with various firms specialising in this area.   Sophie will assist you in the creation and development of your company, the drafting of contracts and commercial partnerships, commercial litigation and in the context of preventive and collective procedures.
