Marie-Christine Monsallier works in the areas of business transfers and acquisitions, shareholders’ agreements, dispute resolution between partners, and executive support, particularly in anticipating risks related to liability exposure. She advises start-ups from their creation through their development and fundraising stages.
She also assists companies with their ESG strategies, turning regulatory obligations into a genuine competitive advantage. This support covers the duty of vigilance (drafting vigilance plans, adapting commercial contracts, renegotiating agreements or changing business partners, and risk prevention for executives) and the CSRD (presenting CSRD obligations to company leaders, auditing corporate practices with regard to regulatory requirements, and preparing sustainability reports).
Marie-Christine Monsallier also devotes part of her time to her position as a teacher-researcher at Université Paris Dauphine–PSL. A Doctor of Law, she is an Associate Professor (Maître de conférences) with an HDR (Accreditation to Supervise Research). She has served on the university’s Board of Directors and currently co-directs its Legal Clinic.
