DELANGLE Romain

Romain Delangle is a lawyer in the Health, Life Sciences and Environment Department of the firm, working alongside Michèle Anahory.

Holding a postgraduate degree in Business Law (DJCE), Romain adopts a multidisciplinary approach to the matters entrusted to him, drawing on his expertise in economic law, contract law and data protection law.

His experience within companies, in the retail sector and within a major industrial group, has enabled him to gain a strong understanding of the roles and expectations of legal department stakeholders. This allows him to quickly identify their needs, translate them into legal issues, and provide clear, practical and concise solutions.

He primarily advises clients on regulatory matters in the health and agri-food sectors and represents them before French courts in litigation.

Romain also holds a professional certificate in alternative dispute resolution and, in this capacity, assists clients during pre-litigation phases.
